Conversation with Rylee

Reid threw up last night, so Chad and I were trying to decide if he should go to church today. Rylee says, "if he stays home, can I too?" We laughed, "no, you're not sick" "But I had a sore throat" (yesterday) "No, you have to go to church" Chad then said, "Do you want me to spin you around really fast so you will be sick?" Rylee: "YES! PLEASE spin me around really fast, PLEASE!" So, Chad didn't actually do it, but I don't know why we've never had an issue with my 4 boys about going to church. But my little girl has been fighting us on this since she was 2! Go figure. Can't wait till she's 14!

That's kinda funny. We've had some kind of bug around here, too. Taylor didn't feel good Friday but was better saturday. Robert and I have it now, not fun.

Didn't your dad say...something... that got Jacob to go to church down in Arizona? That was pretty effective...None of us have been sick yet, but Felicity's best friend threw up at school yesterday ("MOM! the worst thing happened at school today! Emmalee threw up all over the project we were working on!"), so we'll see how long it takes to catch up with us.

I stayed home with Norah (and Aster) today. Norah's had a fever all weekend and we figured we'd better stop dragging her around all over the world. Konden had to teach, so I got to stay home. I was looking forward to it because she's been sleepy and lovey all weekend (you know how they get when they're really not feeling good) Well, she must be feeling better because she was a MONSTER today and playing hooky was no fun at all.
